My yard was flooded and John came out and checked for leaks with his specialized equipment pumping gas through the system quickly figured out the problem was a sprinkler solenoid stuck open. I’m an engineer and I say he should be one too with his ability to debug and quickly figure out the problem. Needless to say, I was really happy to find out the fix was just to turn the water off and on from the inlet to the house. Great work, I’m a very satisfied customer.

We called Empire Leak Detection (ELD) and several other companies late in the afternoon. John at ELD was the first to call us back and was able to schedule us for the very next day. He arrived on time and within 5 minutes of listening he pointed to a spot and said, "I'm pretty sure your leak is here". He continued to test other areas to rule them out and tried to refine his search for "the spot" but always came back to his original location. Our plumbers came out and dug where John marked and there it was, right where John's X was. They wanted to know the company name so they might refer clients to him. I have had a leak on my 1/2 acre property and went through 3 different plumbing and leak detection companies, but nobody could find the leak.
